The mission of the Pueblo of San Felipe Health & Wellness Department is to provide the members of the Pueblo of San Felipe a broad array of health services that will serve to raise the physical, mental, social, and spiritual health of the community members to the highest level, in a manner that is culturally sensitive and appropriate for the individuals and consistent with the goals and objectives of the Pueblo of San Felipe Tribal Council and Government.

Instructions
- You must complete Health history/release information packet at Fitness Center.
- Parental permission is required for students ages 7-18 years attending Youth Fitness class.
- A Certified Personal Trainer is available for those wanting or needing assistance; or if referred by a doctor, you must schedule appointment with fitness staff.

Our Philosophy
Pharmacy services are patient centered and directed towards providing optimal patient care outcomes, health promotion, and disease prevention. The pharmacy program follows the Indian Health Service standards of practice:

Our Philosophy
To work in collaboration and coordination with the Public Health Nurses, Health Educators, Nutritionist, Diabetes Program, and the San Felipe Health clinic to promote wellness, increase community knowledge of disease prevention, assist with chronic and acute disease follow-up.

Our Philosophy
To focus on prevention, nutrition/dietary maintenance, weight management, and self-care and management of diabetic and pre-diabetic adult tribal members. The SDPI Program strives to improve the health outcomes for the whole of the San Felipe Pueblo community by applying best practices in diabetic treatments that have been proven to be effective in managing the disease and by promoting prevention strategies.

Our Philosophy
The San Felipe Systems of Care is a project aimed at changing current mental health systems to provide family based, youth driven, and culturally competent services to community members.
